Normally as suggested by Ayurvedic Doctors : In our daily cooking one must use a variety of wooden churned Indian origin Edible oils like :
Groundnut Oil, Sesame Oil, Kardai Oil, Coconut Oil, Flaxseed Oil etc.
Alternately use or mix the oils in the following proportions :
- Groundnut Oil : (3-Liter)
- Sesame Oil : (1-Liter)
- Kardai Oil : (1-Liter)
- Coconut Oil : (200-ml)
- Flaxseed Oil : (200-ml)
Mixing the oils in these proportions assist in a Balanced Diet Intake.
Oil & Ghee should always be stored in a Steel utensils.
